Begin your journey in the upper sanctuary of The Wellness Tower, a quiet space designed for deep pause and reconnection.

Your ritual begins with a botanical grounding foot bath, carefully curated to your personal needs using seasonal herbs, minerals and warm water. 

You’ll then lie back for an immersive sound bath, where therapeutic tones fill the tower’s unique space, encouraging deep relaxation and energetic balance. As your body begins to unwind under a weighted blanket, you’ll be guided through a gentle mindful body-calming exercise to help the nervous system settle and bring awareness back to the breath.

A moment of stillness follows with a warming herbal tea, allowing the reset to gently integrate.

Your journey continues downstairs where you can enjoy a self-led thermal experience designed to deepen the benefits of your ritual.

Relax in the infrared sauna, allowing gentle radiant heat to ease muscles, improve circulation and promote mental clarity. Between sauna sessions, refresh at the cooling station, where chilled botanical cloths and a selection of aromatic hydrolat mists are waiting to awaken the senses and restore balance. Apply a hydrating face mask and relax with a glass of fizz and fresh fruit.

Take time to fully unwind in the peaceful lower space, enjoying the drinks station and quiet relaxation area before returning to the outside world feeling grounded, calm and restored.
